Billing Conditions
Monthly Billing
Fees are debited in the month following the respective billing period via automated credit card or SEPA direct debit.
These services are intended for business customers only.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day statutory cancellation period within the EU.
Annual Billing
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and include two months free of charge (equivalent to a 16.7% discount).
Support fees are not included and will be billed in the month following the service.

Refund Policy
Refund requests made within the 14-day statutory cancellation period may incur a €30 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for automated billing. All charges are processed in Euros.
Manual invoicing is available upon request; however, a €20 administrative fee per invoice applies.
To avoid this fee, we recommend using automated credit card or SEPA direct debit billing.
