Getting started with details doesn’t mean starting from scratch. We migrate your existing data — spreadsheets, royalty statements, catalog exports, or full databases — into a clean, structured setup inside details.

With over 15 years of hands-on migration experience and hundreds of projects completed, we know how to make the process smooth and predictable.

To help your team get productive from day one, we also offer personal training sessions — online or on-site (travel costs apply). Sessions can be recorded for future reference.

Migration and training are billed hourly. Support packages can be used to reduce these costs, and we generally recommend starting with one during onboarding.

This typically includes catalog and metadata preparation, contract and share setup, income and cost imports, royalty calculation, statement delivery, and reporting — always with your review and sign-off.

We don’t issue payments on your behalf, but we make that step as straightforward as possible by preparing clean, auditable outputs for your payment process.

Royalty services are billed as regular support time. Because this is part of our weekly work, we operate efficiently and with predictable effort.

A typical setup involves importing your metadata, configuring contracts and distribution accounts, and aligning workflows with your team. Required time depends on catalog size and contract complexity.
